How does your referral program work?

If you are a current renter, you earn a 10% discount on a month's rent for every new renter that you refer to us. If you are not a renter, you earn $20 for ther referral! There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?

We will be offer inexpensive locks for sale!

How far in advance can I book a reservation?

We give you the flexibility to book a reservation whenever you need to. The sooner you call, the more likely we'll be able to accommodate you. To reserve spaces more than one month away we may require a credit card number to hold your unit.

Do you offer RV / boat parking?

Absolutely!

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?

We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your storage needs;

from 5 x 5's (25 square feet) to 15 x 40 (600 square feet). Find sizes that may best fit your needs.

What are the payment terms?

Our leases are month to month. Rent is due on the first of the month. A late fee is assessed if rent is not paid by the 10th of the month.
